Payment :

All payment options are listed on the checkout page. With respect to suspected fraud or fraudulent activity, we reserved the right to cancel any order. 

Shipping Policy:

***Please note due to Covid-19 delivery times are running extremely slow. It may take up to 21 days to fulfill and ship your order. 

Once payment has been confirmed please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and shipment. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes approximately 7-10 business days. International orders can take as much as 3-5 weeks depending on location. 

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, during holidays and/or times of high demand, orders may take longer than usual. Thank you in advance for your patience.

 

Returns:

Items are printed on-demand.  We cannot process any changes to order or refunds after an order has been placed. Please be sure to read the product description and check our size chart before ordering. 

If your order is received damaged, please contact us immediately at IngaLovelaceConsults@IngaLovelace.com before returning your item(s). Please provide your order/tracking number in the header section of the email. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at IngaLovelaceConsults@IngaLovelace.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach your residence may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
